Alongside the opening of their state-of-the-art London hospital, we set out to show the world how CCL and their caregivers make a difference in patients' lives.

The Challenge

CCL has already developed strong brand awareness. But with the opening of a new outpatient building just around the corner, and over 800 healthcare professionals needed to fill its corridors, how can we work fast to inspire candidates?

The Approach

In order to get comfortable with the people we hope to connect with, we ran a series of two-hour workshops – speaking with stakeholders across the business and external healthcare professionals. Our goal was to uncover what motivates people to join new organizations, and why they believe healthcare is key.

Research confirmed that authenticity and meaning mattered. We discovered that while everyone has their own unique reasons why, together, we share the common aim of delivering world-class care.
